VMAC Invests in New Technology
The latest news from Valley Medical Arts Clinic: We are proud to announce that we have invested in the latest technology in improving patient experience and communication.
First, we have partnered with Phreesia to provide an easy-to-use check-in experience. Patients who have upcoming appointments with us will receive a text and/or email link to start the check-in process on any smartphone or computer. Patients will be able to update all their information, add a profile picture and fill out any paperwork.
Next, we have improved our telemedicne (virtual visit) experience to make it faster and easier. Click here for more information about our easy-to-use telemedicine offering.
Finally, we know how important it is for our patients to be able to reach us. In addition to our existing patient portal accounts, we have partnered with CallMyDoc to improve the ability for patients to reach us. CallMyDoc's system will answer the phone when we can't. CallMyDoc will identify you and create a Patient Case in our medical records system. Click here for more information about CallMyDoc.
